Homes by me; Nailed it salon
I started my design by laying down my floor plan, I have reserched the average size of a nail salon, Although my my salon is not the exact measurement shown on goggle, I have approximated it, All i did was add a little more space.
I started of with my first design but as time went on i changed it , the image above shows the design i originally started with.
Another image of the idea I originally started with, I changed this idea because I saw i was not making a nail salon, insteed I was making a hair salon, I was also exposed to the style of japandi which I was inspired by Kengo Kuma.
Starting again, I designed to incopporate the designs i was inspired by Kengo Kuma. I started to use japandi and minimal designs for the salon.
I did not want to leave the side of the walls empty so I have added furniture and flowers to bring the space to life.
After completing the interior I added grass outside to bring the outside to life, Because the customers see the outside from the wall the floor mirror displaying the flowers behind the seats.
Moving to the wating room, I really exposed the minimalistic aesthetic here but also added touches of japandi style.
I was unable to find the wall piece I was looking for, so I decided to build mie using the bulid tool, over here i have created a wood piece to bring the space to life, I have then added a mirror and a desk in front which i built also and I will decorate the top by adding a lamp and flowers to the side.
I have now completed the waiting room, I have added 2 paintings to the wall and an air conditioner, I have also decorated the top to the desk I talked about earlier.
In the middle of the hallway just In between the reception desk and the toilet waiting bench, I have placed a center piece of a circle desk I have built using wood. On the top I have placed different types of flowers and underneath i have placed a mat.
I have now started with the bathroom, I have placed the toilet, sink and mirrors also the storage space.
I am now done with the bathroom.
